Marcus E. Kuypers, M.D. was born in Freising, Germany. He went on to receive his undergraduate degree from Westminster College and completed medical school at the University of Texas. He completed an internship at Memorial Family Practice in Houston, Texas. Dr. Kuypers is board certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
